Resolution Express

with 12 comments

A new year was dawning. Josephine was restless because she hadn’t taken any resolution.
While glancing over the newspaper, she saw the Nicorette ad. She’d also heard about Nirdosh.

Gleefully, she ordered them.

January passed.

She hadn’t smoked even once.
However, the wrapper-strewn floor indicated a new addiction.
Boarding another Resolution Express, she lit a cigarette.
