The Neighborhood

They’d just moved in.

They had no fridge. They loved drinking. Drinking sans ice meant disgrace to ‘on the rocks’ concept.
A sorry tale of a bruised knee was narrated. The neighbors were sympathetic. Ice was procured.

In the wee hours, he peed at their door.
Later she puked too.

They, now, have a new pin-code.
