55, or The Addiction

Disgruntled, he lay on the bean bag. The intermittent breeze soothed his senses. The mosquito bites elicited curses. The ice-cream she bought evoked a smile. Happiness was short-lived. Despondency took over once it was gulped down.

Five hours later when the power was back, he grabbed his Macbook and sat down to write the next 55.

  1. dude in 5 hours you wrote one 55! 11 words per hour, that was slow 😛

I think it it time for you to get back to basics, get out a pen and paper (if you have one), and next time there is a 5 hour power-cut, at least pen down 5 55s 🙂

    am I sounding greedy? 😉

5 in 5 hours is not at all greedy 😛
